Hundred percent Garganega grapes from vines between 60 and 80 years old, partially late harvested, vinified without any residual sugar left and aged in wood... Perla is a rare pearl indeed! A white wine of great structure and personality. The partial over-ripening of the grapes enriches the bouquet with caramel, ripe peach and apricot scents. For all intents and purposes, it is an orange wine, which from the olfactory point of view presents an unmistakably complex and elegant nose: the initial fruitiness gives way to marked mineral sensations with hints of lava and flint. On the palate, it is sapid and dry with an almond aftertaste that makes place for a mineral-driven finale.
