Fibio is made from 100% Pinot Blanc grapes, a white international variety in a land of native and predominantly red grapes. The vines grow on clayey-calcareous soils, an excellent base for quality wines, with a high presence of tuff, a volcanic component that helps the development of flavor and minerality. The rest is done by the expert hands of Musella, one of the pioneers of the natural biodynamic approach in viticulture: soft pressing, spontaneous fermentation and aging in egg-shaped cement tanks. The nose is vibrant with hints of yellow pulp fruit, citrus, orange blossom, followed by some saline and white pepper nuances. In the mouth it shows elegance and vivacity, excellent balance of acidity and sapidity as well as a good persistence.
