Buchmayer's Gelber Traminer is a gem of rare beauty in the northern Weinviertel wine scene. It comes from a biodynamically managed vineyard and possesses the full aromatic spectrum of the grape variety: Yellow rose petals, orange peel, ripe fruit and a minerality that gives depth to the sip, while maceration on the skins provides spicy notes without compromising the underlying elegance. Nine months of barrel aging on fine lees enhance body, persistence and assure a good cellaring potential.
