We do not know much about Emily, but at Musella's they certainly know the secret of producing high quality wines while respecting the environment and the consumer, following the principles of biodynamic viticulture, without neglecting style and aromatic elegance. Made entirely from Chardonnay grapes according to the ancestral method, Emily has a pale straw-yellow guise and a fine perlage. A straight-to-the-point bouquet with just a few notes of fresh flowers, is the prelude to the pleasant almondy aromas perceivable in the mouth, sealed with a proper balance between fruit and acidity.
